A better employee benefits experience. Without replacing your existing broker.
Explore an Employer Partnership See How It WorksYour Benefits Package Is Just the Beginning.
Even the most comprehensive employer benefits package cannot address every employee's individual insurance needs. Benefits360 helps bridge those gaps by providing access to licensed insurance professionals, additional coverage options, and educational resources.
We work alongside your existing group benefits broker, not in place of them. Our goal is to complement your benefits strategy, reduce the burden on HR, and help employees make informed decisions.
From supplemental insurance and family coverage to Medicare, retirement education, and personal insurance, Benefits360 connects employees with guidance when they need it.

Individual policies are not automatically better or more comprehensive.
