Growing up in Wisconsin, Eric developed a love for the outdoors and a strong work ethic. He pursued his higher education at Ferris State University, where he earned a Marketing degree with a focus in Professional Golf Management. This foundation not only honed his skills in golf but also instilled in him the values of discipline, strategy, and precision.

In 2009, Eric made the significant decision to leave the golf industry, a move driven by his desire to spend more quality time with his young family. This transition marked the beginning of a new chapter in his professional journey, one that focused on helping others achieve their professional goals.
